Pada pertemuan kali ini saya akan menjelaskan tentang job interview nih. Btw, udah ada yang tau kan apa itu job interview? kalau belum , ayo simak sama-sama!!
Oke guys, langkah pertama pada job interview yaitu understanding. Apa itu understanding? Ada yang tau? dari pada kalian binggung, yuk simak bareng-bareng apa itu understanding...
1. Understanding
The interview is your meeting with your potential speaker to consolidate your talk. Maybe over the phone, in person or through a video conference. You can also talk to one speaker or more than one of your speakers.

A. Tell me about yourself?
Make sure you do not provide too detailed and too brief information about yourself.
-Where You Live and Come from
"I come from Semarang, and now I live at Y Street ".
-Your Occupation
"I work as a ...".
B. Why do you want this job?
In this section you have the opportunity to show what you know about the job and the company.
" Because this job is in accordance with the skills that I have mastered."
C. Why do you want to work here?
Interviewers are inquiring about a bunch of different things that can help them decide whether to hire you, such as:
a. Your knowledge about the position, the company, and the industry
b. Whether you're interested in this particular job or just looking to get any job
" I’ve know about the vision and mission of this company that based on me will help me become a better person and will help me develop my skill”
D. Why Are You Leaving (or Have Left) Your Job?
The interviewer wants to know why you left your job and why you want to work for their company. When asked about why you are moving on from your current position, stick with the facts, be direct, and focus your answer on the future, especially if your departure.
" Because I learned quite a lot in my old job and I was happy with it. But I felt that I had to find a new ... because I wanted to open myself up to new challenges so I could grow my career further."
E. What is your biggest weakness?
“My biggest weakness is when I can be easily become egoistic if there is a near – deadline work that hasn’t been done."
F. What is your biggest strength?
Another typical question that interviewers will ask is about your weaknesses.answers around positive aspects of your skills and abilities as an employee, turning seeming “weaknesses”. So, opportunity to show the hiring manager that you're well qualified for the job.
” I have a good communication skill. So I can easily make a deal or communicate with other representative in order to make a project works. Other than that, I’m quite opinionated so I won’t easy seduce to Leak Company’s secret”
H. How Do You Handle Stress and Pressure?
On this question to find out how you handle stress at work.
"I try to react the situations and enjoy them"
I. What Are Your Salary Expectations?
You're asked about your salary history—but they can ask how much you expect to be paid. You should do some research on your salary within a reasonable range based on your job title, employer, experience, skills, and location.
" My salary range is flexible. I would, of course, like to be compensated fairly for my decade of experience and award-winning sales record. However, I'm open to discussing specific numbers once we've discussed the details of the position."
J. What Are Goals for the Future?
This question is to find out if you will stay or move once you find a better opportunity. Keep your answer focused on the job and the company, and reiterate to the interviewer that the position aligns with your long-term goals.
" I would like to obtain valuable experience and insight. I plan to develop skills I learn from this job and build on a clear picture of where I stand professionally working with the company over several years."
Note: If asked, answer relevantly and don't beat around the bush.

4. Ettiguette
1. Wear appropriate clothing.
The first impression during a job interview is so important. So, it has become an etiquette during a job interview to wear clothes that are appropriate, polite and not excessive perfume.
2. Be on time
You must arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled interview. Arriving on time must be a separate assessment, especially in time management.
3. Friendly and courteous
You must be friendly and polite to the interviewer in order to give a positive impression during the interview process.
4. Take care of the way you speak
You must speak softly, politely and keep the tone steady, firm and can be heard clearly.
5. Pay attention to ethics when entering the interview room
When you've been called into the interview room, knock on the door first to make sure the interviewer is ready to receive you.
Then enter with a smiling face and remain standing until asked to sit in an available chair.
If within about five minutes, you still haven't been asked to sit, then politely ask. For example "Excuse me sir/madam, can I sit already?."
6. Pay attention to the way the hands.
Shake hands firmly but not too tightly, by touching the fold between your forefinger and thumb with the other person to give the impression of being friendly and polite.
7. body language
You have to rileks during the interview. Apart from that, you have to maintain eye contact and not look the other way when talking to the interviewer as well as showing confidence.
8. Smile don't be tense
You must smile during the interview because smile can show the quality of yourself as a professional. even though the interview was stressful.
9. Self-confident
You have to have self-confident.
10. Thank you after the interview is over
After the interview is over you should say thank you. This will make you leave a good impression on the interviewer.
